Preparation instructions:

Give the pouch a really good shake, grab a bowl and mix 2/3rds of a Cup (86g) with 125ml water or your favourite milk drink, stir well.  Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).  Once it’s juicy and plump, stir again and enjoy!  

Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of making.
