Ergon GT1 Grip Handlebar grips
The Ergon GT1 is an ergonomic multi-position grip designed to let you intuitively change hand and arm positions while riding, helping to relieve upper-body tension and improve comfort on longer journeys.
Four defined gripping areas allow you to switch between the standard grip position, outside grip position, thumb-up position and palm position. Changing position helps vary the load on your hands, arms and upper body rather than keeping you fixed in a single riding position.
An extra-large ergonomic wing provides excellent pressure distribution and wrist support, helping to keep the hand in a natural, neutral position for greater comfort and control.
Available in Small and Large sizes, the GT1 draws on 20 years of Ergon experience in hand ergonomics and features an integrated aluminium clamp for a secure fit.

Which Size Do I Need?
Ergon offers the GT1 in two sizes to provide a better fit and greater control. A smaller hand is better suited to the Small grip, while the Large provides a more positive fit for larger hands.
- Small (S): Recommended for hand/glove sizes 6.5–8.5 – 92mm grip range
- Large (L): Recommended for hand/glove sizes 8.5–10.5 – 102mm grip range
