Ergon GA3 Handlebar grips Regular
The Ergon GA3 combines the comfort and wrist support of an ergonomic wing grip with the freedom of movement of a traditional round MTB grip. It's an ideal choice for riders who want additional hand support without sacrificing control on more demanding terrain.
The ergonomic shape follows the natural contours of the hand to improve pressure distribution and help reduce arm pump on longer rides. A compact supportive wing helps maintain a comfortable hand and wrist position, reducing pressure and fatigue while still allowing plenty of movement on the bike.
The GA3 is secured with a lightweight CNC-machined aluminium clamp that's suitable for use with carbon handlebars, while replaceable bar end plugs help protect the ends of your bars.

Which Size Do I Need?
Ergon offers the GA3 in two sizes to provide a better fit and greater control. A smaller hand is better suited to the Small grip, while the Large provides a more positive fit for larger hands.
- Small (S): Recommended for hand/glove sizes 6.5–8.5 – 92mm grip range
- Large (L): Recommended for hand/glove sizes 8.5–10.5 – 102mm grip range
