I have been looking at this product for a while and this site was the cheapest I had seen. Just in case I have a puncture miles from home and Heavens forbid it doesn't seal. I have used Muc off products before and always found them to be excellent quality and good value for money.

Really good value helmet. Good, bold colour and good fit. My daughter is delighted with it.

The bags appear stiff when brand new but like the Ortliebs the material relaxes little with use. The bags are conjoined and attached by a straddle across the rack, held there with simple but effective velcro straps and then slide clips down at the rack stays. They are a good touring size - not huge so you end up carrying too much. They can rattle a tiny bit when empty and in that state the slide clips can come unhooked over bumpy roads. However when loaded they work very well and best if the weight is evenly distributed between the two sides so there is no lateral stress pulling one side down against the other. Wrapping some old split inner tubes in appropriate places on the rack would keep thing quieter if you could be bothered. Very happy with them.

I'm a great fan of simplicity, and the A2L is about as simple as it gets. It's a 2-speed automatic that changes gear from low (100%, i.e., direct drive) to high (138% or 1.38) at a predetermined speed. For a 700C wheel, it's about 12 mph, and it's slightly less for smaller wheels. I'm getting on a bit, so I'm choosing a 50" low gear, which will give me a 70" high gear. (I've been testing with my regular geared bike and 50" makes the steepest bit of my local ride just about doable and 70" gets me up to a decent speed on the flat bits.)

Of course. having only 2 gears, for some of the time the low will be too high and the high will be too low. But that's the price you pay for simplicity and I know what to expect. I'm building it into an ancient Raleigh Elite which is both lightweight and lively. I'm expecting some good local rides.

This would be perfect for a not-too-hilly ride-to-work bike or for exploring your locality. It would also be absolutely ideal as a basis for a Swytch conversion.

The hub comes with all the fittings you need, so it's simply a case of building the wheel. It's probably better to build it into an existing single speed bike or an old frame with horizontal dropouts. I'm not sure that the anti-turn washers would work with vertical dropouts. You'll have to check that out for yourself.

Very happy with this helmet. Light and fits really well. Previous Giro helmet would push forwards as I lifted my head up and the front would tip forward - actually gave me headaches. I barely know I’m wearing this one.

Comfortable helmet. Like the rear light on the back. Was concerned about the manufacture date being Dec 2021 (now March 2025) but states that needs to be replaced 3years from purchase date, so all good.

It’s big but it does the job on my 29er when lesser mudguards have failed!
