The Ergon GP3 combines the proven ergonomic comfort of the GP1 grip with a three-finger bar end, providing additional hand positions for greater comfort and versatility on longer rides.
The ergonomic wing provides a large contact area for the hand, helping to distribute pressure more evenly and support the wrist in a natural position. The three-finger bar ends offer an alternative hand and arm position, helping you vary your riding position and relieve pressure while cycling.
The GFK composite bar ends feature anti-slip inserts for a secure grip. The grip and bar end angles can be independently adjusted, allowing you to fine-tune both to suit your riding position and personal preference.

Which Size Do I Need?
Ergon offers the GP3 in two sizes to provide a better fit and greater control. A smaller hand is better suited to the Small grip, while the Large provides a more positive fit for larger hands.
- Small (S): Recommended for hand/glove sizes 6.5–8.5 – 92mm grip range
- Large (L): Recommended for hand/glove sizes 8.5–10.5 – 102mm grip range
