Protect your chain and chainring with the KMC CG01 outer chain guard, designed for compatible KMC 38T chainrings fitted to Bosch Gen 3 and Gen 4 e-bike drive systems.

The guard fits to the outside (crank side) of the chainring, helping to provide additional protection around the chain and chainring teeth.

Compatibility

Designed for compatible KMC 38T Bosch Gen 3 and Gen 4 chainrings.

This guard attaches directly to the mounting points on the compatible KMC chainring; it does not attach directly to the Bosch motor.

Please note: This is the KMC CG01 version and is not suitable for the newer KMC spacerless Gen 4 chainrings that require the CG02 chain guard.
