The Cascade utilises Kali's proprietary QuadCore to keep you safe while integrating recycled materials to protect your brain and the earth. This helmet reduces the amount of CO2 emissions by more than 58% over standard helmet construction. The Cascade features deep coverage, Frequency Fit System, FidLock buckle, plush padding and 13 vents for maximum airflow.

Read around and found these were recommended (Dexshell Heavy Duty overshoes). I specifically wanted some that went with mountain bike shoes, so there needed to be room for SPD cleats and soles. These are great and the fit seems good and matches shoe sizing.
