We've all been waiting for the Haussmann! With its characteristic design, its onboard technology and its evocative name, the design seems tied to tough conditions and the most hostile boulevards. Its conception is the culmination of the latest Hutchinson innovations in terms of urban tyres. Its round balloon brings comfort and handling ability. Its large and low central knobs offer the necessary performance to go far without being stuck to the road. Finally, its fragmented and ridged lateral part brings the necessary grip whatever the conditions. The Haussmann doesn’t do things by halves: a Standard version with optimised reinforcement, an ebike body-built version and an all-new Ebike Power+ version dedicated to battery economy. The new EBIKE 50 concept includes offering ECE-R75 certified tyres.

The ECE-R75 is a certification allowing tyres to reach a speed of 50km/h.

Our ECE-R75 certified products have a sticker with the EBIKE 50 logo as well as mark directly on the ECE-R75 tyre.

Since the number of electric bikes is increasing, as manufacturers we have to be able to offer suitable products. In our city bike range, only the Infinity line is ECE-R75 certified.

Tubeless tyre

Great tyre, reasonably easy tubeless fit with a Giant SLR 1 hookless carbon rim, took out valve core and used booster pump, hold air well, and the 32 mm is a comfortable not too big tyre.

Great upgrade to make tubeless maintenance easier!

Great quality and very pleased with them. The Pro-Lite wheelset look really good and were very easy to set up - transfered cassette from previous wheel, fitted valves, put on tyres, added sealant and pumped up without any issues. Good fit on bike - did not need to reposition disk brake calipers for either wheel nor re-index gears. I like that they have sealed bearings and they rotate much more freely than the wheels they replaced. Bought to upgrade my 2015 Giant Talon 0 wheelset as the standard wheels were not tubeless and took a lot of maintenance to keep them working.
