The vast majority of our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail
Larger orders may be sent by Parcel Force or other couriers depending on the size and location.
Aerosols and CO2 cartridges cannot be sent by Royal Mail so we use other couriers for these. Due to the new CAA regulations they also cannot be shipped by Air so we are unable to send these items overseas.
We deliver to all areas of the UK, and offer free economy delivery on everything which normally arrives in the UK in 3-5 working days
Overseas items are sent via Royal Mail Business Priority and this normally takes 5-10 business days
Outside of EU
We try to ensure that everything is in stock and normally ship within 1 working day. We aim to hold stock on all products displayed on our website, but occasionally an item will be out of stock. We will advise you of any delay in dispatch or products temporarily out of stock via a return email once you have placed your order. If the product you have ordered is unavailable you may decide to cancel the order rather than wait for the stock.
We will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if they are placed before 14:00 and sometimes even a little after that. The only exception is CO2 canisters and Aerosols which have to go via a dedicated courier that requires 1 day to book. In the majority of cases the delivery should arrive within 3-5 working days after we send you the dispatch notification. In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 14 days of the dispatch notification please notify us immediately.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in receiving your order as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control once the goods have left our premises.
If you live locally then you can always place your order on line and then collect it. Just give us an hour to pick it and let us know when you want to collect it anytime week days between 9:00 to 5:30
All parcels sent by courier will need to be signed for. A daytime contact phone number must be supplied before we can despatch your order. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address. If this is likely to be a problem, you may specify one of the following:-
Details of a neighbour on the same street who will sign for the parcel.
An alternative delivery address (e.g. your place of work)
A safe location at your property where the parcel can left with no signature (if you request that the parcel is left without a signature, we disclaim any liability for loss, damage or theft).
If you are not at home when your order arrives, the courier company will post an ‘Attempted Delivery’ card through your door. They will automatically make a 2nd delivery attempt on the next working day. If the 2nd delivery attempt fails then the order will be returned to the Courier’s Local Depot. The parcel will then be held at the depot for 5 days awaiting your instruction before being returned to us. If this occurs, a returns charge of £5 will be payable, and a further delivery payment will be required.
We hope you will be delighted with the products that you have chosen. We understand that sometimes an item may be unsuitable and we are happy to offer a No Quibble Returns Policy.
Should you wish to return any items, please notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt. Please return the items within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition in the original packaging. We will be happy to organise your refund or exchange upon safe receipt of the returned products. We will refund the original selling price and P&P paid in full within 24 hours of receipt of the returned products.
Kindly note that we are unable to refund return postage and packing costs unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Proof of Return Posting
Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from Royal Mail. We are unable to process Returns which are lost or damaged during return transit. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until it reaches us. Please retain your proof of posting.
